Theft, Drunk Driving and Drug Charges: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
There were nine arrests in today's police blotter, from July 27 to July 28.
Charges include possession of a controlled substance (PCS), drug possession/delivery, first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged (OWI), possession of drug paraphernalia (PDP), failure to use safety belts, failure to obey control device, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS) and theft.
