Theft, Public Intoxication and Drunk Driving: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
There were nine arrests in today's police blotter, from Aug. 3 and 4.
Charges include domestic assault-choking, consumption in public/intoxication, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), interference with official acts, fifth-degree criminal mischief, first-degree operating while drunk or drugged (OWI), failure to obey control device, and third, fourth and fifth-degree theft.
