UDATE: Police Name Victims in Friday's Motorcycle Crashes in Linn County
Two motorcycle accidents on Friday bring the number of accidents in Linn County in the last month to at least six.

Cedar Rapids Police have released the names of two motorcycle accident victims from two separate crashes in Linn County last Friday afternoon.
Shawna Skinner, 34, from Jesup, died at the scene of the crash at the corner of at 29th Avenue and 12th Street SW.

Brett Feuerhelm, 41, Van Horne, was injured in a crash Friday afternoon at the corner of 29th Avenue and 12th Street SW. He was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Two separate motorcycle accidents in Linn County on Friday left one woman dead and two men hospitalized.
The woman died and a man was injured in Cedar Rapids at the intersection of 29th Avenue and 12th Street SW, just before 8 p.m. Also, a man was sent to a local hospital for a separate motorcycle crash a few hours later, at Ushers Ferry Road NE at Chest Nut Ridge Road, in Cedar Rapids.
Police have yet to release the names of those involved in the incidents, according to KGAN.Â
These are just the latest in a series of motorcycle accidents in the last 30 days.
The total comes to at least two fatalities and eight injuries over the last month, according to stories from KCRG and KWWL
That's in addition to the tragic story Marion Patch in March, where said resident Matthew Dunkel died on March 24 on the scene of the accident.
