DVD Choice Tonight in Urbandale: Kids vs. Grownups

In one corner: A fail-safe Mission Impossible formula, R-rated humor, or an Oscar-nominated drama.

In the other: Animated chipmunks or a teen-aged Easter Bunny.

Not a lot of middle ground in Redbox's top five DVD rentals this week in Urbandale.

1. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol- Tom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt. Hunt must clear his agency's name after being blamed for a terrorist attack. Trailer.

2. The Sitter - Noah is a suspended college student, living at home with his single mom. When he is talked into babysitting the three, misfit kids next door, he decides to take them along on an attempted sexual rendezvous. The night takes a wild and dangerous turn for the worse.  Trailer.

3. Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked - The vacationing Chipmunks and Chipettes turn a luxury cruise liner into their personal playground, until they become 'chipwrecked' on a remote island, which is not as deserted as it seems.

4.  Hop - The teenage son of the Easter Bunny takes off for Hollywood in pursuit of his dream of becoming a rockstar drummer. Once there, he teams up with a slacker, and together the two encounter a series of misadventures. Trailer.

5. The Descendants - Matt King, a husband and father of two girls, must re-examine his past and navigate his future when his wife is in a boating accident off Waikiki. He awkwardly attempts to repair his relationship with his daughters when the oldest girl drops the bombshell that her mother was in the midst of a romantic fling at the time of the accident.
