Grace's Friends Express Themselves

As 14-year-old Grace Chance is home with her family, too weak to undergo chemotherapy to counter the brain tumor that is spreading, her friends are reaching out to express prayers for her on her Facebook page, and encourage her family on their CaringBridge site.
