Guess Which Sandwich Shop Just Came to Urbandale?

Jimmy John’s sandwich shop opened Tuesday in Urbandale in the spot formerly occupied by the coffee shop Amici Espresso, reports Patt Johnson on DesMoinesRegister.com.

Franchise owner Ahmed Merchant owns 11 Jimmy John's stores and plans to open several other in the metro area. The store will employ about 23 part-time workers and two full-time workers. Some part-time positions are still available, he said.
