Home School Day: "Farm to Fork" at Living History Farms

When: Friday, June 3, Open 9-4, activities 9:30-11:30am & 1-3pm

What: All of our food comes from somewhere. This event explores how farming has changed over time. Participate in chores, games, crafts, and activities meant to illustrate where our food comes from and how it has gotten to our table over the past 300 years. Visit the 1700 Ioway Farm, 1850 Pioneer Farm, 1900 Horse-Powered Farm, and 1875 Town of Walnut Hill to experience several garden and food themed activities. Homeschool groups and families who pre-register receive discounted admission.

Price: $15/Adult, $9.00/Child, Children 1 and under free, members free, discount for pre-registration
