Growing up, an ice cream cone was the incentive my parents used on a Sunday night to get us all bathed, in our p.j.s and in the car for a drive. We'd eat our cones, fall asleep on the car ride - and presto - my parents had everyone to bed early.

Back then our choices were chocolate, vanilla, or a twist cone.
