• Friday, Feb. 1: J-hawks compete in an invitational at 3:30 p.m., at Southeast Polk.

Basketball
Boys Varsity

• Tuesday, Jan. 29: J-Hawks vs. Ames, 7:45 p.m., at Urbandale High School
• Friday, Feb. 1: J-Hawks vs. WDM Valley, 7:45 p.m., at Urbandale High School.

Girls Varsity

• Tuesday, Jan. 29: J-Hawks vs. Ames, 6:15 p.m., at Urbandale High School
• Friday, Feb. 1: J-Hawks vs. WDM Valley, 6:15 p.m., at Urbandale High School

Bowling

• Monday, Jan. 29: J-Hawk boys and girls take on West Des Moines Valley at 3:30 p.m., at Val Lanes.
• Thursday, Jan. 31: J-Hakw boys take on Ankeny at 3:30 p.m. at Plaza Lanes.
