UPDATE: Lock Your Bikes Up; More Stolen in Urbandale

UPDATE: New police reports posted after this article was published show that three more bicycles have been stolen.

July 13:  A bicycle was stolen from the yard at 4414 65th St.

July 18:  Two bikes were stolen from the driveway of 4110 69th St. 

What We Wrote Earlier: 

Four bicycles were reported stolen in Urbandale in a period of two days last week.

Thieves stole some of the bicycles from Urbandale garages, according to police reports.

Urbandale police will register your bicycle upon request, so that if stolen bicycles are recovered they can be returned to their proper owners. Contact the police department to learn more about this service.
