Look Who Got Charged with Drunken Driving In Urbandale

The Urbandale arrests below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

July 12: Bradley D. Richter, 27, of Windsor Heights was arrested on a charge of first-offense drunken driving. His 2007 Toyota Camry was stopped about 1:45 a.m. in the 7200 block of Douglas Avenue. He was was released from the Urbandale police station on a citation. 

July 18: Rachel D. Kleiber, 23, of Urbandale was charged with first-offense drunken driving, improper lane use and having open containers of alcohol in her car.  She was driving a 2003 Jaguar XTY when she was stopped at 1:39 a.m.in the 9000 block of Douglas Ave.
