Morning Report 9/29: $3 a gallon gasoline?

Fall is a great time to plant trees. Get discounted trees for delivery Oct. 8 through a MidAmerican Energy program being promoted by the city of Urbandale.

A little  good news: KCCI.com reports that gas prices could fall to $3 a gallon soon.

More good news - this time for bicyclists and trail users.  A new loop on the Raccoon River Valley Trail out of Waukee should be completed within the next year There's a ribbon cutting on Oct. 15 for the Waukee to Dallas Center part of loop.
