New Year's Eve Party Goes to the Dogs

You'd like to party into the wee hours on New Year's Eve, but you worry about leaving your dog at home that long. Check out this Urbandale business's solution.

 

, 3101 104th St., in Urbandale is offering an all-night puppy party for dogs on New Year's Eve.

(Really the party is more a gift to the dogs' owners, but we'll go with the puppy-centric angle.)

The 10th Annual New Year’s Eve all-night puppy party gives pooches a chance to run, romp and roll with their furry friends, enjoy movies, tasty Bone-A-Patreats, a “Midnight Bubble Blowout” and official toast! Festivities include bone-a-fide party favors and souvenir snapshots!

Owners may drop their pets off between 5 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31 and pick them up between 9 a.m. and noon on New Year's Day. The cost is $50.

Canine Craze is a full-service education and resource center for people and their dogs, offering daycare, boarding, training, events, workshops and educational seminars in the largest indoor training facility in the metro (nearly 18,000 square feet). 2012 classes begin Jan. 8.
