"It's an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that embeds parental rights in the text of the Constitution, it gives it the protection of a fundamental right, alongside the first and second amendment. I am educating people on this, it is bipartisan, every person, every family wants this, it's normal and natural and has been chipped away by court decisions. In Iowa, Congressmen Latham and Steve King are cosponsors of this. Grassley has supported this in the past."
