Police Blotter Rewind: Credit Card Fraud, Shoplifting
Several reports were taken Dec. 17 to Dec. 25 by the Urbandale Police Department.

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions.
Dec. 17
A 20-year-old woman reported that $20 was missing from her wallet when she left it overnight at a friends home.
Heartland Plastic Surgery reported credit card fraud.
A 17-year-old Urbandale High School student was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Michael Moore, 34, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession.
Jimmy Johns reported receiving a bad check.
Michelle Ha, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
Dec. 19
A 17-year-old woman reported her car was broken into.
Dec. 20
A 20-year-old man reported his friend stole money from him.
A violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 7000 block of Northview Drive.
Dec. 21
Kelci Dowell, 26, and Michelle Dowell, 39, were arrested for shoplifting from K-Mart, 7501 Hickman Road.
Dec. 22
Juan Martinez, 22, was being transported by Urbandale EMS when he became combative. He assaulted police officers where were called to assist and was arrested after being released from the hospital.
Dec. 23
Frederick Reichenbach, 63 of Grimes, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 4700 block of Northwest Urbandale Drive.
Dec. 24
A 57-year-old woman reported someone got into the her car and removed several items.
A 37-year-old man reported someone broke into his car.
Dec. 25
A-Tech Security reported someone broke into the business.
A 38-year-old man was arrested for obstruction of emergency communication and simple assault.
