Victim Identified In Urbandale Rollover Crash
Police have not released many other details relating to the fatal crash Saturday in the 9000 block of North Park Drive.
URBANDALE, IA — One man died in a crash that happened around 6 p.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of North Park Drive, but few details have been released about what caused the crash. The vehicle jumped a curb and rolled over.
The victim was identified as Tyrone Williams, 20, of Des Moines. Urbandale Police Sgt. Chad Underwood told KCCI-TV that speed may have been a factor, but that had not yet been determined. He said the investigation into the crash is ongoing and that police would not release additional details.
Two others in the vehicle were treated for minor injuries.
