The Hunt Is On! Urbandale Easter Egg Hunts Scheduled For Saturday

The Urbandale Parks and Recreation is hosting two fun egg hunts.

Looking for a little Easter fun for the kiddos this weekend?

The Urbandale Parks and Recreation Department has several fun hunts scheduled.

And if you're worried about the unseasonably cool weather, don't be.

Temperatures for this weekend are suppose to climb into the mid 50s.

The Great Egg Hunt
This fun, free event is for children 10 years and younger. Kids can fill their baskets with all the candy and eggs they can find at the Gabus Memorial Tree Park. Some eggs will have contain special prizes.
Come early and get ready to start the hunt.
The event begins at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Kids Egg Dive!
An exciting twist on your old Easter egg hunt.
Stop by the Urbandale Indoor Pool for the Fourth Annual Egg Dive at 1:30 p.m.
Children will be divided into age groups to dive for colored eggs in the pool. Each egg will be turned in for a prize.
The youngest group will begin at 1:30 p.m. Admission for the always popular dive is $5.
