Urbandale Superintendent Stilwell to Get New Contract Tonight
The Urbandale school board is scheduled to finish a two-part evaluation of Superintendent Doug Stilwell tonight and sign a new contract with him.
Urbandale's school superintendent should have a new contract by the end of the school board's meeting tonight.
Earlier this spring, the board voted to issue him a three year-contract. The board also scheduled a two-part annual performance evaulation for Doug Stilwell. The first part was conducted in closed session at June board meeting.
Tonight, the board will conduct the second part in closed session, according to the board's agenda.

The board also is scheduled to hear a report on the district's new Community Education and Adult Education program.
