Urbandale Chamber Seeking 'Best In Class' Nominations Through Nov. 1

URBANDALE, IA. -- The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce has a message for people looking to discover which Chamber businesses are the Best in Class: "U Decide."

Through Nov. 1 the voting is open for the top businesses in 24 categories. Awards will be given during the "Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business" event on Nov. 16. Categories include nonprofits, emerging businesses, best place for business meetings, best customer service and best in areas such as retail, hotel, entertainment, restaurant, auto, marketing and more.

The online survey can be found here and may be shared with others. Winning businesses must be members of the Urbandale Chamber to be eligible, but may be located outside the community.

The November event will feature wine and food sampling, live music, a silent auction and awards honoring the Citizen of the Year and 2017 Business and Connector of the Year.

Sample Urbandale will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Holiday Inn & Suites DM Northwest, 4800 Merle Hay Road. Cost is $35 per person. Register here for that event.
