Urbandale Police Make Arrests for Drug, Alcohol Offenses
The following people have been arrested on alcohol- and drug-related offenses, according to reports from the Urbandale Police Department:
Sylvia Colon, 52, of Urbandale – second offense OWI.
Anthony James Pommer, 31, of Perry – first offense OWI.
Matthew Christopherson Bivens, 31, of West Des Moines – possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Reed Phillips, 28, of Waukee – possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule II controlled substance, possession of synthetics, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dylan Daniel Hudson, 18, of Afton – public intoxication, underage possession of alcohol.

Adam Joseph Strough, 30, of West Des Moines – possession of drug paraphernalia, warrants.
