Urbandale Public Works To Pick-Up Tree Limbs, Logs After Winter Storm

From the City of Urbandale:

Due to the hard winter storm on December 20, 2012 the City of Urbandale will be offering a free tree limb pick up. 

Weather permitting, the City of Urbandale will begin collecting tree limbs that were damaged from the recent winter storm on Wednesday January 2, 2013.  There will be no cost for this service.

Please stack storm damaged logs and limbs (12 feet in length or less) parallel with the street and directly behind the curb.  Call 278-3950 to arrange for a collection or email with your name, address and phone number.

Because of possible winter weather interruptions, the City cannot guarantee that the limbs will be collected by or on a specific date.  However, crews will do their best to remove the limbs in a timely manner.
