Home prices rose 20 percent in April, according to Des Moines area real estate statistics, but there are still good deals around.

• 6305 Sherrick Ave. Three bedrooms and three baths in this 1,226-square-foot house selling for $87,000. The finished upper level is a huge master bedroom and the home sits on a cul-de-sac. Details.
• 6410 Holcomb Ave. Four bedrooms and three baths in this 1,512-square-foot home selling for $95,000. The story and a half home features a large, remodeled kitchen with a center island, a fireplace and deck overlooking a large yard. Details.
