Urbandale Woman Wins $5,000 Shopping Spree for New Baby

An Urbandale woman can shop a little more liberally for her new baby thanks to a shopping spree she just won.

Rose Denny, Urbandale, won the TransUnion Baby Shower Blowout Sweepstakes and a $5,000 shopping spree from Diapers.com out of nearly 2,000 that participated. 

According to a statement from TransUnion, the sweepstakes launched June 5 on Facebook. The purpose was "to remind consumers that with proper financial planning, they can lower the financial stress of having a child and focus on the joyful event." 

"Thank you to TransUnion for giving your fans the opportunity to participate in such a fun sweepstakes during this exciting time in our lives," Denny said in a statement. "I am looking forward to using the $5,000 Diapers.com shopping spree to stock up on all the necessities for our new little addition to our family."
