Who's Hiring in Urbandale? April 23-28
Hy-Vee will be adding 100 full-time and part-time employees. The application process begins in May.

The big news on the Urbandale job scene is Hy-Vee. The expansion of its store at 86th Street and Douglas Avenue means Hy-Vee will be adding 100 part-time and full-time employees. The larger store is expected to open in August.
Jessie James, Hy-Vee Human Resources Manager, said the store will begin taking applications for full-time jobs on May 7. On May 21, Hy-Vee will begin taking applications for part-time positions.
James said they will be hiring cashiers, courtesy desk workers, restaurant workers, baristas for the Starbucks store and bartenders, among other positions. Most of the jobs are part-time.
