Favorite Photographer Contest Closes With New Photos

4/30 UPDATE: The contest is over and Patch readers got to see some of the fantastic work of local photographers. In fact, we just got two new photos from Michael Kroloff today. Check back tomorrow to learn about the contest winner!

4/27 UPDATE: Urbandale photographers have been posting their photos, and readers have spoken both with their comments and with their votes. 

Last week, though, we had one of those pesky bugs in our system that made it difficult for photographers to upload their photos for the first time -- and to add photos to those already up. The bug, we're happy to report, has been squashed. 

Now, with that bit of evil dead, we've decided to let Readers' Choice for best photographer live a couple of days longer than we'd planned, providing the opportunity for photographers to upload their photos and voters to vote for their favorites. (And for photographers who have already uploaded photos, feel free to add more to this story to really show off your work.)
The new deadline for uploads and for voting will be 9 a.m. Monday, April 30.

4/26 UPDATE: Jill Brown Photography has just uploaded 22 photos that show a range of engagement and wedding portraits, family and individual photos, and even a family pet. Browse through the photos and show her some support by voting in the contest if you're a fan.
