The City of Waukee is soliciting Service Proposals/Funding Requests from local non-profit organizations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021. Requests for funding must include among other items, a description of the service to be provided and the public purpose that is being met by the service. The full application form is available online. Applications are to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2020.
