Craig Irvin Kicks off Waukee Arts Council's Home Grown Talent Series

The concert begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and can be purchased at or at the door the night of the show.
Irvin will sings songs from his recently-released CD An American Baritone. The CD is a mix of both opera and musical theatre.

Irvin, a graduate in music education from Simpson College in Indianola, has performed with the Minnesota Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Canadian Opera Company and Wolf Trap Opera. He has also worked with Lyric Opera of Chicago, Opera North, Knoxville Opera, and the Des Moines Metro Opera.
“We are thrilled to be included in Craig’s very busy schedule,” said Cindy DePond, Waukee Area Arts Council. “Waukee is proud to have such a talented individual come home to share his gift with the community. We hope that everyone will come out to enjoy his performance!”
