As part of the Embrace Aging series, Dr. Yogesh Shah, Geriatric Specialist, Des Moines University, and moderator Connie Eastman, AARP Iowa Community Outreach Associate State Director will discuss how to manage living with chronic diseases in this free event that is open to the public.
