Construction continues on the new New Beginnings' location at the corner of Fourth and Laurel Streets in Waukee.
new location is finally starting to take shape.
The new location, now under construction at the corner of Fourth and Laurel Streets, has four walls and a facade that gives passers by a glimpse at what will eventually house one of Waukee's newest childcare centers.
The building, expected to be approximately 7,700 square-feet, will include six rooms accommodating children from 6 weeks to kindergarten age. It will also have a kitchen and large indoor play area.

Lori Moritz, director of New Beginnings, said construction is expected to be completed by October.
The new location will accommodate 86 full-time students. Enrollment is being taken now for the fall. Parents interested in registering a child, can contact Lori Moritz at (515) 619-0399.
