Sunday Matinee Added to 'A Christmas Carol'

The Waukee Area Arts Council has added a second show to its run of "A Christmas Carol" that begins Dec. 8.

The show, presented in conjunction with Shottenkirk Chevrolet, will run on Saturday, Dec. 8, at 7 p.m and Sunday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m. at ArtsCentral in Waukee. 

The performance will be a reader’s theatre version of Charles Dickens’ holiday classic, "A Christmas Carol" and will be presented with a local cast of actors. There will be two performances of the holiday classic. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and are available at Waukee Hardware or at the door based on availability.
