Waukee Man Charged with Child Endangerment: Police Reports

Aug. 1

A 17-year-old boy from Waukee was arrested in the 700 block of Southeast Melrose Drive and charged with burglary to a vehicle in the 300 block of Southeast Westgate Drive. Police said he allegedly took about $5 in loose change. 

Autumn Klinder of 795 S.E. Melrose Drive, Waukee, reported $70 cashe was taken from a vehicle.

A vehicle driven by Debbie Pudans of 10672 N.W. 107th St., Granger, was westbound on Hickman Road and was slowing for a vehicle that was turning around. Police said a vehicle driven by Gregory VanRossum of  1221 21st St., Des Moines, rear-ended Pudans' vehicle. Damage was estimated at $7,500.

Troy Bull, 44, of 600 S.E. Madrone Lane, Waukee, was arrested at the intersection of Southeast Crabapple Court and Southeast Madrone Lane. Bull was charged with child endangerment. Police said they could not release further details on the age of the child or the circumstances around the arrest.
