Waukee Police Increasing Presence For Traffic Safety On May 25

The Waukee Police Department will be increasing the presence of officers on Tuesday, May 25 from approximately 1-6 p.m. The area of emphasis will be the intersection of Alice's Road and University Avenue, but an increase will be noticed throughout the entire community. Officers will be focusing on distracted drivers, but all traffic violations noticed by law enforcement will be investigated. With spring in full swing, the department is increasing the presence of officers to ensure traffic safety in Waukee.
