The Waukee Public Library is organizing its first even Virtual Costume Parade, and they need your help!Submit photos of you and/or your kids dressed up in costumes, and library staff will create and share a virtual "parade"—just in time for Halloween.Email photos by Oct. 28 to be part of the parade. Check out the library's Facebook page for the full parade on Oct. 30.
