The Waukee Parks & Recreation Department has a great spring and summer filled with programs, activities, trips and festivals! Highlights include:

  • Waukee’s popular festivals/events such as Movies in the Park and this year a THREE-day Independence Celebration
  • Mini Sluggers T-Ball league and Parent/Child Blastball
  • Youth camps including All-Star Sports, Art in the Park and Explore the Outdoors
  • Youth education, cooking, tumbling and martial arts activities
  • Special needs and adaptive sports activities
  • Adult sports and activities including slow-pitch softball, pickleball sand volleyball leagues and bingo
  • Adult trips to the Iowa State Fair and to explore Iowa Falls
  • Yoga in the Park and Kids Yoga
