On Friday, April 23 City staff members celebrated this year's Earth Day by participating in the annual Staff Trash Bash. 60 participants from nearly every department set out to pick up trash from all around the Waukee community. At the end of the day, the group hauled away many truckloads full of garbage and even completely filled a large dumpster! Make sure to do your part to help keep Waukee clean - nobody likes a litterbug.
