Color Your Way to the Fourth of July with This Contest for Kids

The city of West Des Moines is holding Fourth of July coloring contest for local kids, ages 3-10.

Pick up a copy of the coloring contest sheet at any of these locations:

WDM Community Center, Raccoon River Park Nature Lodge, Valley View Aquatic Center, Holiday Aquatic Center, or WDM City Hall. 

The coloring sheet can also be downloaded to print from the city's website.  One winner from each age division will be picked to receive a $10 gift certificate to a West Des Moines Aquatic Center concession stand.

The deadline for submissions will be Monday, July 1 at 5 p.m.  Winners will be announced at this web-site on Wednesday, July 3.  Prizes will be mailed shortly after July 4.
