Emergency Parking Ban In West Des Moines Begins At Midnight
Vehicles parked on the street once the emergency ban begins are subject to a fine or towing.
WEST DES MOINES, IA — Don't park on the street in West Des Moines tonight: An emergency parking ban will go into effect citywide at midnight so work crews can plow streets as needed. The parking ban will continue until 5 p.m. Friday.
The parking ban applies to all streets in West Des Moines. Vehicles that remain on the street during the ban are subject to a fine of $50 or they may be towed.
