JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Enters Iowa, Now Servicing Polk County

Altoona, Iowa – (Sept. 30, 2016) – JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, a rapidly growing national company on a mission to offer business ownership opportunities to veterans and their family members, is now servicing Polk County. The new JDog is owned by Altoona native Justin Pollard, who is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve. Pollard served 15 years as a military police officer, completing two tours in Iraq and one in Cuba. He then returned to Iowa, where he worked as a corrections officer, before discovering the career opportunity JDog offered.

“JDog was the perfect opportunity for me to do something positive for the community and help employ veterans who have obtained the drive and want to succeed,” said Pollard. “It allows me to hire veterans and carry on the brotherhood that you otherwise only experience by being in the military.”
