Construction Begins on 78-Apartment Home Goldfinch Lane at Tallgrass Creek
Community is expanding to Meet Market Demand

OVERLAND PARK, KS (September 18, 2017) – Construction has begun on Goldfinch Lane, the fifth residence building at Tallgrass Creek that will offer 78 spacious apartment homes in 12 different designs, including previously sold-out floor plan styles back by popular demand.
Goldfinch Lane, which is an Erickson Living Management LL-developed project, will also house a 1,200-square-foot multi-use community room that can be reserved for resident meetings or personal gatherings. The four-story building will offer deluxe appliances and finishes, upgraded lighting and flooring, and connect on both the first floor and terrace level of Bluebird Crossing, one of the original residence buildings at Tallgrass Creek.
"We listened to resident comments and requests," says Sales Director Blake Marshall. "Goldfinch Lane will have more one-bedroom designs with outdoor space such as patios and balconies, under-building parking, and be closer to the Audubon Clubhouse and other amenities at Tallgrass Creek."

Goldfinch Lane complements Hummingbird Square, Tallgrass Creek's fourth residence building, which will begin welcoming new residents this month. The four-story Hummingbird Square features 108 new apartment homes with 18 different designs, including 7 never-before-seen floor plans.
With more than 200 people on Tallgrass Creek's priority list, the new residences at Goldfinch Lane will sell quickly. Marshall encourages priority list members to review layout and design information for Goldfinch Lane and reserve soon to ensure getting their desired home.

"This is a great time to be on Tallgrass Creek's priority list," says Marshall. "You have the unique opportunity of selecting exactly the floor plan and location of the residence you want, as well as being able to choose from an array of selection packages. Waiting to reserve means losing that opportunity."
