Online only services will remain in place through Tuesday, Dec. 1, unless conditions warrant an extension. Customers who have already scheduled appointments will be contacted by an MABCD staff member and will receive assistance in completing their transaction.

MABCD staff members will continue to work diligently to process transactions within our standard timeframes. Modifications are also being made to ensure field inspection services can continue.
