Bath County Shooting: 1 Dead, Kentucky State Trooper Hurt

SHARPSBURG, KY — One person is dead and a Kentucky state trooper suffered head and arm cuts in a shooting in Bath County.
The shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in Bath County, media reported. Police haven't released details.
The wounded trooper was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, State Police spokesman Scott Ferrell said. Troopers are trying to figure out what led up to the shooting.
