When the Williamsburg officer successfully deflated the tires of Reynolds' Dodge Charger, police say Reynolds fired shots at a Williamsburg police cruiser. The officer whose vehicle was struck fired back at Reynolds, hitting him in the neck. Reynolds' car then ran into a ditch.
Reynolds was hospitalized with injuries thought to be non-life-threatening. Charges are expected.
