After the initial collapse, some alcohol spilled into waterways and 800 fish were killed in a nearby creek, the Courier-Journal reported. As officials worked to stop the alcohol spill from the previous collapse, it flowed between 10:30 a.m to 2 p.m. before being controlled, according to the report.
