Notice of Sale

The City of Paducah has been awarded a $8,184.00 judgment lien against a Drifter, Cruising Houseboat having the dimensions of 44’ x 14’, bearing the name “Lee” and an Iowa registration number IA 5142 L, together with an 88-horsepower SPL Johnson outboard motor (“Houseboat”). The Houseboat is currently berthed at the City’s marina facility located off Schultz Park.

Notice is hereby given that the Houseboat will be sold at a public sale conducted at the marina facility on the 29th day of June, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. The Houseboat shall be sold to the bidder offering the highest cash bid. Upon acceptance of the bid, the City shall provide to the successful bidder a certificate of title to the Houseboat within ten (10) days following the date of sale.
