Western Kentucky University Gleim Partnership Offers Discounted CPE Courses For Local Accountants

Courses are available to WKU alumni, faculty, and staff, and to local accounting professionals.

WKU Continuing & Professional Development is partnering with Gleim Exam Prep to expand program opportunities and discounts for the local accounting community.

Through this partnership, Gleim continuing professional education (CPE) courses for CPAs and exam prep courses are available to the WKU community at a 20% discount. Courses are available to WKU alumni, faculty, and staff, and to local accounting professionals.
Exam prep courses include

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Premium Review System
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Premium Review System
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Premium Review System
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) Premium Review System

Gleim CPE courses are available as individual classes or as cost-saving packages which allow students to select the number of CPE hours needed. Package discounts can also be combined with the WKU discount, making the program even more affordable.

“This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone who is currently an accounting professional or who is interested in the accounting field,” said WKU Lifelong Learning Program Specialist April McCauley. “Participants can save money and complete courses at their own pace.”

According to McCauley, this program will supplement the spring and fall CPE for CPA program presented in partnership with the WKU Department of Accounting.

“Accounting professionals can count on WKU for their professional development at all levels – from exam prep to CPE credits to earning their master’s degree,” she added.
