The Sodexo Magic team also provided late night snacks to Grambling University students, and fed university faculty and staff who were without power.
Meals were prepared in a temporary mobile kitchen as the main dining hall is undergoing state-of-the-art renovations. Due to COVID-19, a safe work flow was established and maintained.
