On October 9, 2020, the Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies (RaCERS) will kick off its Fall Seminar Series by featuring founder Sandy Rosenthal and her new book, Words Whispered in Water: Why the Levees Broke in Hurricane Katrina.

Rosenthal will discuss the relevance of her book for disaster researchers and emergency managers with Professor Glenn Corbett, former member of the Federal Advisory Committee of the National Construction Safety Team.
