Bar Harbor Bankshares Posts $8.6M In Q3 Earnings

BAR HARBOR, ME — Bar Harbor Bankshares Inc. reported third-quarter earnings of $8.6 million on Thursday. The bank, based in Bar Harbor, Maine, said it had earnings of 56 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 57 cents per share.

The bank posted revenue of $37 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $30.4 million.

Bar Harbor shares have risen 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $31.94, an increase of 32 percent in the last 12 months.
