Drunken, One-armed, Machete-wielding Man In Clown Mask Arrested In Maine: Cops
Corey Berry was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminal threatening. He told police he was imitating previous clown sightings as a prank.

HOLLIS, ME — A one-armed Hollis man donning a black-hooded sweatshirt and a clown mask drunkenly strolled down a road waving a machete that was taped to the area where his amputated arm would've been, state police said.
Corey Berry, 31, was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminal threatening, Maine State Police told WCSH-TV. He was freed after posting $200 bail.
Berry was first spotted in Hollis but then fled into the woods, police said. He was taken into custody after re-emerging in Waterboro. Berry was intoxicated but cooperative, police said. He told officers that he was imitating previous clown sightings as a prank.
