Crack Cocaine Bust In Augusta: Police
Terry Wilson and Justin Lugo, both of New York, were arrest in Augusta Tuesday on a host of charges, police said.

AUGUSTA, ME — Two New York men were arrested during a crack cocaine bust in Augusta Tuesday morning, according to police. Terry Wilson, 20, and Justin Lugo, 20, both of New York, face a host of charges. They were held in custody at the Kennebec County Jail.

At about 8 a.m., Augusta police officers pulled over a Jeep Cherokee on State Street after receiving reports of erratic driving. The driver, Wilson, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving after suspension. He was held on $1,500 bail.

Lugo, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was also arrested, according to Deputy police Chief Jared Mills. Officers said they found about $1,400 worth of crack cocaine in the vehicle that belonged to Lugo, who was on probation for a murder conspiracy conviction out of New York, Mills said.
